ElNusa Tbk, a public company listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Stock Code: ELSA) since the 6th of February 2008. Manik applied his approach, “the secret of the heart”, and “a mung bean philosophy” to turnaround the company and metamorphosis into a trusted energy services company just within 2.5 years. Massa holds an environmental engineering bachelor degree from Bandung Institute of Technology and Magister Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He has wealth experiences working with various business sector and dubbed as one of a few Indonesian’s One Billion Dollar Manager that successfully managed big corporations with heart and empowering their people.
